PASTELS WITH PIZZAZZ (PWP)
This SHIMRIN‚ base coat is available in twelve fantastic pastel colors. With these colors you can complete a perfect restoration or enhance a new custom project.

1.    Must have one even color as base

2.    Thin 2:1 With HOK Reducer (2 parts PWP to 1 part Reducer)

3.    Apply 2-3 medium coats with 50% overlap

4.    Kandy or Klear in about 30 minutes, but NOT longer than 12 hours
