How do I order?
Each product available in the Online Catalog includes a product description and price. To order products from the Online Catalog select the item(s) that you want to order by placing the desired quantity in the quantity box next to the item description and then click on "Order Now". All of the items will be placed in the shopping cart and will remain there until you decide to complete the purchase by checking out.

While you are browsing the product catalog you can select "View Order" to check on, modify or cancel your current order at any time. You can review your order and then when you are satisfied and ready to continue with the order click on "Check Out".

Orders placed from the Online Catalog are processed in real time. When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. Complete all of the information requested in the order form. When you are completed your order will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Your credit card will be billed, at that time, for the full amount of the order including purchase price, any applicable state taxes and handling & shipping charges.

 If you are a Florida resident you will also be charged 6% state sales tax. After entering all necessary shipping and billing information, you will receive a order confirmation by e-mail. Keep this e-mail confirmation number; we recommend printing a copy, as you will need it if you wish to track your order status.

How will I be billed?
When you place an order with Sarbco.com, you will be asked to submit your credit card information. Your credit card will be charged when the order is submitted. Orders requiring multiple shipments will result in multiple charges for the appropriate amounts.

What credit cards are accepted?
Sarbco.com accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards.

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it? How do I return an item?
Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or changed. That is because we processes the order in "real time" and begin putting your order together right after an order is placed. However, once received, you can return the product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt. You will be required to pay the return postage. Sarbco.com will, at their own discretion, refund the amount of your product order amount less 20% re-stock fee. Any shipping and handling charges incurred WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  Credit will be issued to the Credit Card used in the original transaction only, within thirty (30) days of the return of the product(s).

Important Notice to Purchaser: If a product is proven to be defective, the exclusive remedy available, and Sarbco's only obligation shall be, at Sarbco's discretion, to replace such quantity of this product which is proved to be defective or to refund the purchase price paid for this product in accordance with the return conditions as described above. Sarbco shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental and/or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including negligence and/or strict liability. The foregoing limitations of remedies and liabilities may not be charged except by a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of Sarbco.

How are orders shipped and how much does shipping cost?
Shipping and handling for all Total sales is calculate by weight and distance, and you can choose how fast.  All orders made through the Sarbco.com online catalog Monday - Friday are shipped within 24 hours. Orders made during the weekend are shipped the following Monday while orders made on holidays are shipped the following day unless the following day falls on a weekend in which case the order will be shipped the following Monday. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground service.

Product Availability
Because we add new products and features to our web site everyday it is not practical to offer a printed catalog. Items and pricing in the Online Catalog are subject to change without notice. If you order a product that is temporarily unavailable you will be notified by email.
